Job Purpose
Support Administration and Sales Force in performing all administrative tasks related to reporting, defining price, forecast and sales budget. programs and campaigns for Mobile business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Sales Administration in sales deductions management and manage allowance account and layaway plan and supplies analysis.
• Follow up on time promotion plan scenario & special price analysis .
• Contribute to provide sales planning, supporting to define sales budget and forecast.
• Provide analysis on market and sales data; process and update sales reporting as required i.e.: turnover, Agents, etc.
• Manage commercial back office, Support Commercial Agreement definition (e.g.: preliminary filling & sending, on-line contracts, SAP insertion etc.).
• Support to monitor customers price list and update customer report.
• Support Sales to organize meetings with customers and all other required communications and materials.
• Follow up any communications / offers in line with Key Account guidelines
