It is instead an innate aptitude, a personal trait that everyone can improve and craft over time. In fact, it is possible to train the ability to think outside of the box, and it is simple: For each time you make a decision, think about other three plausible ways to do it! Do not focus on the feasibility straight away, because for the most creative experiments there was not a regular way before a creative thinker found one! For every time you are studying s definition or a model, imagine five limit-situation that that model would apply, even slightly.

During a job interview, show the manager your creativity by describing how you managed to solve a problem, either at work or during your life, in a creative and unexpected way. Another way to show your creativity-oriented aptitude is to come up with unusual questions ad the end of the interview.

All in all, even if your professional profile has to do with numbers and statistics, the creativity trait is always welcome in every kind of firm you want to work in.
