JOB SCOPE

The mission of this role will be to ensure the best credit management service within the established timelines, in line with excellent standards and Davines’ values.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Extrajudicial and judicial debt collection activities related to Italian customers;
• Managing contacts with external parties dealing with credit collection in Italy;
• Direct management of functional reporting related to credit collection activities;
• Customers relationship management and sales network management (agents and dealers);
• Support budget activities.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Previous significant experience within the Credit Dept in structured and international companies;
• Manage relations with Sales Department;
• Ensure the corporate credit policy is well respected;
• Monitor the credit granting and updating process;     
• Monitor periodic credit reviews;
• Experience with customer negotiations;
• Knowledge in accountancy;
• High organizational and priority management skills;
• High interpersonal communication and relational competences;
• Multitasking attitude, Team worker and problem solver; 
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel);
• English & Italian (both written and spoken) are mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

Previous experiences in this function is mandatory.
