JOB SCOPE:



The mission of this role will be to take care of customers satisfaction so to favor a long-lasting and trustful relationship with them, to provide clear and fast information and answers and to allow sales reps to maximize commercial effectiveness.





MAIN ACTIVITIES:



  • Guarantee the proper and prompt support for clients and distributors
  • Ensure a correct and quick orders processing
  • Claim managing
  • Check clients contracts conditions and progress
  • Control and cooperate with the sales force for the correct application of sales conditions;
  • Interface with other departments (Trade Marketing, Education, Invoicing, Credit Management, Logistic and Demand Planning departments)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:



  • Have strong interpersonal communication competences in order to build strong relations with partners and customers;
  • Have a good knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
  • Have a high level of independence and proactive mindset;
  • Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks;
  • Be a great team-player;
  • Have a strong problem solving attitude
  • Have a natural interest in global culture and lifestyle a strong plus.



EXPERIENCE



Previous experiences in this function is mandatory.
