Improving the way people learn languages is a great challenge — We’re looking for an Online Teaching Coordinator Trainee (3 months temporary) to support the Online Teaching Team across teacher operations and training.

• Support the operational and training processes of the teacher team, including but not limited to invoicing, scheduling, onboarding and hiring.
• Support the team in managing the incoming requests and end-to-end support needed for our growing pool of online teachers.
• Communicate with teachers on a range of issues related to payments, material management, and class related queries.
• Communicate with stakeholders (e.g. Accounting, Customer Service and IT) on a range of processes and updates needed to ensure the timely turnaround of tasks. 

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of other languages is a big plus
• A university degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Experience in language teaching in-situ or online
• Expertise in the field of language learning and familiarity with the digital self-study market
• A self-organized, reliable and team-oriented working style
• A passion for languages and cultures
