Descrizione del lavoro

Your to-do list: 

• Under the guidance of the Media Activation Director you will lead autonomously your own categories, managing communication activations on all media for an important client, liaising with the client marketing and media departments
• Lead and direct the development of client presentations from a media perspective;
• Work in total symbiosis with dedicated Insights and Strategy category lead as a partner
• Building productive working relationships with internal teams working on other categories, media owners, Branded content and influencers specialists and technology partners;
• Being constantly aware of media innovations and developments in data, tracking and targeting in order to deliver the most innovative and accountable media activations possible;
• Work with Digital experts and senior members of the team on strategy and presentations to clients;
• Collaborate with creative and social agencies in a timely fashion to convey our Power of One USP
• Draw insight from campaign results, marketing mix models, competition moves and changes in society
• Keep track of categories’ performance and suggest changes to increase efficiency

Qualifiche

If in your past experience:

• Fluent knowledge of English;
• At least 10 years of experience and 4 in a similar role;
• Excellent use of Office suite;
• Complete knowledge of Offline Media and tools;
• Deep knowledge about digital activations.
• Knowledge of banded content and influencer activations a +
• Experiences in applying insights from marketing mix model
• Perfect knowledge of multimedia tools
• Management of resources and team building skills
• Ability to quickly evaluate situation and adapt discourse to environment

• able to work on multiple projects at the same time;
• great at working in teams;
• detail oriented;
• eager to lead your clients towards new territory
