Pingki, our Chief Growth Officer, is looking for a Head of Key Account Management.
As Head of Key Account Management, you will lead, manage and represent the whole spectrum of the business’s products and services to the assigned consumers. You will also lead key account planning and ensure that all assigned accounts within the department are catered for and that their needs and expectations are met by the business.
-Manage the Key Account department, with a heavy focus on strategic oversights to grow Key Accounts success in the region.
-Coach, train, and mentor our team of 4 Key Account Managers focusing on their personal and professional development. You define the account portfolio, set the individual targets and track impact. You define action plans to reach individual and team targets.
-Stakeholder manage C- Level & senior management across Scalapay
-Acquire and retain Key Account Merchants, with strong focus on account growth, ensuring the relationship is strong and business KPIs are met
-Lead proactive business development and relationship building: ensuring there is a robust and healthy pipeline and portfolio of leads to close your own national accounts and lead by example.
-Manage 1-2 accounts: You allocate 20-25% of your time on 1 to 2 Enterprise accounts. This enables you to build deep knowledge of Scalapay and the ecosystem and to establish your credibility
-Implement, drive, and track the success of innovative techniques for increasing account growth, opportunity research, planning and forecasting
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-You have 10+ years of professional experience in Account Management, and 4+ years of experience in team management
-You have experience with Enterprise clients
-You have a relevant experience in a fast-paced tech environment (SaaS preferred)
-You have a proven track record on commercial success (renegotiating/upselling/cross selling at enterprise level)
-You are fluent in Italian and in english
-As the team is based in Milan, we are looking for someone that can easily be present and based in our Milan office

-An experience in the Retail and/or Fintech industry
