Let’s talk about the role!

In this role you will be responsible to help building a pipeline of qualified digital sales opportunities. You will support the digital sales manager in negotiating plans and implement key initiatives that will drive volume, market share growth and profitability in line with the global sales strategy of Kipling. The role is based in our HQ in Antwerp (BE) but may require travel throughout Europe.

As Digital Strategic Accounts Specialist you will deliver unbeatable results whilst also fulfilling the following aspects of the role:

* Be the main point of contact to some of our digital customers

* Responsible for a substantial SMU business with one of our key customers, from product brief to sales

* Ensure that the availability of the product and the GTM approach is in line with the annual target, the market trends, launches/promotions, and the main competitor’s activities

* Pro-active communication with customers required to support customer service and logistics with PO and booking in slots for timely deliveries

* Coordination of key account planning meetings and order appointments

* Work closely with digital marketing department to ensure that the digital accounts can take full advantage of all marketing support

* Responsible for writing orders, follow up on contracts (stock) in close cooperation with Customer Service

What you need to succeed?

* Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital function

* You are consumer focused and familiar with sell out figures

* You have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills and are familiar with stakeholder management

* You are an analytical and strategic thinker, highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

* You have high energy and are performance driven with a good understanding of the online business model

* A proven track record in B to B sales and management of digital accounts is a plus

* Language skills: proficient in English with a strong business vocabulary, spoken as well as written. French or/and German or/and Dutch is a plus
