Let’s Talk about the Role

As Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will join a customer facing team to design and deploy BI Solutions that will help VF business users in their day-by-day activities, define proper requirements and propose solutions that fit business needs. Aiming to move forward VF Management by numbers, you will contribute to the verification and continuous improvement of data integration and automation into the Business Community.

You will achieve this by:

Acting as a trusted and reliable Business Intelligence expert

Promoting new Business Intelligence solutions for business with competence and adequate standing

Participating actively to design and implementation of POCs

Obtaining tangible and measurable business process optimizations though Business Intelligence solutions

Bringing the ownership of specific Business/Technical areas

Integrating your specific capabilities into the BI Business Team

Following-up and testing solutions implemented by the BI Tech-Team

Ensuring the understanding of business needs and being able to translate business needs into technical solutions

Skills for Success

You should be a strong professional acting as liaison between IT and the business, helping the business to drive values from data through the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions with:

At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with proven ability to work on projects end-to-end (requirements gathering, solutions design and implementations, on time delivery)

Proven Experience in Java Script/HTML/VBA/SQL

Knowledge of SAP HANA Studio is a plus

Experienced with Data Visualization Tools (preferred Cognos, Tableau, Power BI)

Ability to merge technical and business requirements into solutions

Focus on skill growth and hands on experience on new technologies.

Fluency in English (oral and written) to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management

Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities balanced with interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate

Predisposition to work with care and precision

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Software Engineering are important, but we are also very interested in your experience and professional achievements.
