Oracle Cloud Customer Experience Analyst

What you will do
You will lead a complex process analysis with junior/senior resources and subject matter experts. You will be in involved during the bidding process by mapping the client requirements to the product functions showing that the product meets their needs.

Evaluate a client’s CX architecture, strategy, process
Produce solution estimations and take part in the product’s high level planning and implementation methodology.
You will contribute in the delivery of a fully-functioning CX solution to the client.
