The Global System Integrator Business Manager will be responsible for growing Alfresco’s relationship with current and future Global System integrators such as Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, TCS and Wipro, etc. in the UK. Your focus will be on pipeline creation, enablement, growth through distinct go to market intiatives, and revenue generation throughout the partner organizations. Areas of focus will be increasing their ability to identify opportunities execute against demand generation, sales, and implementation capacity targets. As a Global System integrator Business Manager you will be responsible for hosting regular business reviews, training opportunities, and marketing activities with your partners.
You will be the primary point of contact for communications, escalations, and celebrations with your partners in the North America region. Partners are at the center of how Alfresco goes to market, as such, we want to ensure our partners have the right support structure to succeed; Making this role key to our growth strategy.
We are looking for somebody who…
Will lead GSI partners and Alfresco sales in regional business development efforts and manage joint account planning.
Will work closely with Global Alliance Manager(s) to develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for field-level engagement within UK market.
Facilitate GSI to build solutions powered by Alfresco capabilities which solves specific horizontal or vertical use cases
Can align industry based sales teams at GSIs with practice sales teams
Will develop the annual business plan with partners as it relates to the build of mutual pipeline.
Will conduct quarterly business reviews and course corrections with partner leadership in order to ensure achievement of mutual goals and quotas.
Will build long term and strategic relationships with partner executives, as well as, partner & field sales teams.
Will develop and execute field marketing plan with your assigned partners for the UK market.
Will coordinate and drive new business activities from start to finish.
Will manage deal registration and tracking
Will identify and drive partner enablement initiatives
Will develop targets/indicators to measure success with key partners in the areas of sales, marketing, enablement, and technical competency
Will achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets
Will prepare and deliver reviews to the Alfresco and Partner Leadership teams
