This is a great opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join our Landlord team. As a Space Hunter you are dedicated to unlocking the city – that means finding spaces for the thousands of great ideas coming through our platform. You’ll be taking landlords through the onboarding process and getting them set up to trade on the platform. You love to hit the phones and get people excited about an idea or concept. Although we’re small in size, we’re big in personality - come armed with ideas and an ambition to succeed and you’ll fit right in.

• Take to the streets and use creative ways to discover the city’s empty spaces
• Hit the phones to track down new leads and cultivate relationships with landlords to close the deal and onboard them to our platform
• Research ownership information and creatively find ways to track down landlord contact details
• Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective landlords in the UK, talking them through the Appear Here process
• Work with the space curation team on getting UK spaces live as quickly as possible
• Chip in and support on other projects or tasks that come up in the business
• Find ways to improve our processes and regularly bring your ideas to the table

Requirements

• You’ll ideally have 1-2 years of outbound sales experience in a target-driven environment
• You're excited to disrupt the property industry and change the face of retail

• You are an entrepreneurial, self-starter who is smart, intuitive, focused on hitting targets and passionate about getting the deal done
• You love to pick up the phone and get people excited about an idea - your written and verbal communication is precise, persuasive and helpful
• You think of solutions before they become problems and are always one step ahead
• You are very organised and detailed - nothing gets by you!
• You love to learn on the job and approach your work with a lot of enthusiasm
• You’re a bit different: guts, drive and varied experience are more important than a degree or specific industry knowledge
• You're passionate about London as a city, and making it better
