We're currently looking for a dedicated and brand-savvy intern to join our Special Projects team in London - with an immediate start. We focus on projects that unlock ordinarily inaccessible spaces and audiences - from Topshop's flagship store on Oxford Circus to some of the country's biggest shopping destinations, and even London Fashion Week shows. You'll be supporting one of our flagship market projects and making it possible for emerging indie brands to tap into business-changing audiences - you might just help to get the next Littlesmith or Press Juice off the ground!

• Curation: creatively source and secure the best upcoming retail start-ups for the project, ensuring the right brand mix is achieved
• Project management: assist with on the ground logistics to get the project up and running, and ensure brands are fully up to speed with the project inc. collating all required documentation
• Sales: work with a Brand Account Manager to help close transactions on the platform
• Support: this is a fast paced business, so you'll need to be flexible and will likely be required to chip in on a variety of additional projects and tasks too

Requirements

• You are passionate about retail, independent brands and good design. Experience with buying or multi-brand stores is a bonus
• You are a curator, with the ability to match the right product mix to the relevant audience and season
• You are motivated by exceptional and unexpected experiences, and committed to achieving high-quality results - even if it means going the extra mile
• You are a great communicator and active listener, comfortable on the phone and over email, with a flair for building a rapport
• You are organised, with a keen eye for detail and strong research skills
• You are a high-energy self-starter and really thrive in a startup culture - you never take the back seat
• You are focused on hitting (or exceeding!) targets and deadlines, with relevant experience of this
• You are resilient and able to think creatively on your feet, especially under pressure
