Babbel is looking for a Director of B2B to lead the development of this fast-growing division in Berlin.

About the role:
Developing a robust B2B business is one of Babbel’s top priorities. Two years into the project, the B2B team has created a product that serves the needs of the corporate market. We have assembled a team of innovative marketers and salespeople that have grown revenue 5x in the first year and are on track for massive growth again this year. We are at an inflection point in the evolution of the business and seek a leader who can chart the right course and guide the team in driving ongoing revenue growth and product innovation.
The B2B team is a relatively independent unit (20 FTE) within Babbel (>700 FTE), benefiting from the go-go dynamics of a startup while having access to the deep resources of a thriving, larger company. We have already achieved great progress, with more than 500 business customers and strong customer satisfaction. Now our challenge is to further prove and scale the business.
