We are looking for a Working Student for our Human Resources Department in Berlin!

As a Working Student, your mission will be to support the People & Operation team or the Learning & Development team in there daily tasks and processes and provide high-quality services for our employees. You will gain insights into all the departments and processes while working closely together with our HR Managers.

You will:

• Support our HR People and Operation or our HR Learning and Development teams with the day-to-day business tasks
• Provide support along the full employee life-cycle (on-boarding, performance management, off-boarding, etc.)
• Engage in and drive international and individual HR initiatives depending on personal interests, capabilities and strengths
• Consolidate and improve benefits, policies, guidelines and HR processes together with the HR teams
• Partner with authorities, agencies, trainers and other stakeholders 
• Solve exiting challenges und evolve with us

You are

• Enrolled as a student, ideally pursuing a degree with a focus in HR
• Highly proactive and with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Well structured, organised and detail oriented
• Available for a minimum six months working student position

You have

• A strong interest towards HR (P&O or L&D) topics
• An engaging personality and natural ability to connect and interact with people
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to communicate with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
• Basic experience with Google products (e.g. Forms, Sheets), Calendly, MS Office etc.
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Basic practical knowledge in related HR fields
• High intercultural awareness and engagement to collaborate across diverse teams
• German languages skills is a plus
