Our business is growing extremely fast on an international scale, and with it the complexity of our corporate structure and the breadth and depth of our legal exposure. In this context, you’ll be in charge of managing a diverse range of responsibilities, hunting for the most valuable solutions to our evolving needs, and developing best practices that ensure we run our transactions and operations smoothly while meeting the highest legal compliance standards.
A few examples of your responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise contracts with national and international counterparties, including commercial, vendor, and non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents, and provide support in their negotiation.
• Manage regulatory compliance work, with a focus on privacy issues, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and potentially taking on the role of Data Protection Officer.
• Support on special projects and urgencies, directly collaborating with business teams.
• Manage relations with external national and international consultants and advisors, leveraging their support and mediating with business lines.
• Ensure the protection of our IP rights (content licensing, trademark registrations, litigations, etc.) and manage all other IP-related matters.
• Constantly perform internal audits to identify legal pitfalls and propose innovative, yet practical, solutions.
• Research new legislation as well as corporate best practices and find new opportunities to unlock value for the whole company.
