Description

We are looking for a software developer (newly graduate or 1/2 years of working experience) with strong software development aptitude and skills able in collecting functional/technical requirements, analyzing business processes and procedures and developing Robotic Process Automation projects using the RPA tools commonly in use (e.g. uiPath, Blue Prism, etc) and traditional software development languages (e.g. Java, Python, etc).

Education:

Master’s degree in Computer Science (preferred), Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering.
Additional certifications (e.g. Agile, ITIL) will be appreciated.

Work Experience:

Newly graduate or 1/2 years of software development experience

Technical Competences:

Knowledge and experience with Robotic Process Automation tools:

- uiPath is strongly appreciated

- Blue Prism is a plus

Good knowledge of Java J2EE and python.
Knowledge and experience with:

- main Framework (Spring, Struts, Hibernate , JSF, Liferay, PrimeFace ...);

- main web technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, ...);

- cross-platform javascript framework as jquery mobile, qooxdoo, appcelerator, Node.js;

- main RDBMS (Sql Server, Oracle, MySql, PostgreSQL ...);

- main nosql DB;

- Web/Application Server ( Jboss, Wildfly, Websphere , ...).

Knowledge of UX/UI design patterns and methodologies.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, certification is a plus.
Good knowledge of versioning systems ( GIT, SVN , CVS ...).
Good knowledge of Design Patterns ( MVC , Singleton ...).

Business Competences:

Ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical/systems features.

Other Competences:

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel and Powerpoint in particular).
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Good business English language skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multinational functional teams.
