What you will directly contribute to:

  • Lead and motivate the Italian and Spanish part of the Community Relations Team based in Paris, to reach a standard of excellence in handling all of member related topics
  • Train your staff to ensure a consistently high level of service quality and to create excitement among every BlaBlaCar member
  • Be responsible for the staffing plan, hiring, working schedules and vacations requests
  • Optimize existing procedures and develop new ones
  • Create and analyze quarterly reports and statistics, draw conclusions, and take all necessary actions
  • Report to the Operations Manager & Head of Community Relations based in our Paris headquarters
  • Collaborate with Country Managers based in Madrid and Milan
