The team you’ll join is the Brand and Design team. This team fiercely protects the global brand vision. We develop the communication in all channels, working closely with Marketing and Product. It’s a tall order, so to be effective, we work both with world-class advertising agencies and create promotional content in-house. We also work closely with Product Content team, to ensure a consistent experience. So your work will even appear in the app.

As Creative Copywriter, you will interpret the brand’s identity and turn it into effective and clever messaging across all marketing mediums, as well as social media and editorial content. You will also be responsible for it’s consistency around the world.

Responsibilities

The position reports to the Creative Director. Your role will challenge you to:

• Create extraordinary content constantly. Obviously. Push the creative bar higher. 
• Write unforgettable messages within our tone of voice, that achieves crazy good performance in multiple channels. 
• Ensure all markets are using these messages you’ve worked so hard to create. 
• Think through the purpose of the message, not just English language canniness. Your content needs to be easily recreated in other languages. 
• Directly manage and improve the work of our network of local freelance copywriters. 
• Host brainstorms. Create briefs. Develop guidelines. Build frameworks. Do whatever it takes to inspire our Local Copywriters and Product Content Copywriters to write within the brand tone and language. 
• Identify where we can improve. We are always looking to be more efficient and effective
