CRM Campaign Coordinator (Internship)

Description

BlaBlaCar's Marketing team is seeking a CRM Campaign Coordinator to join its CRM team. Members are at the heart of BlaBlaCar's marketing, and the CRM Campaign Coordinator will have a day-to-day impact on cultivating member satisfaction, activity and retention via engaging campaigns in over 20 countries. 

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for hands-on exposure to marketing at one of France's fastest-growing startups. 

What does a typical day for the CRM Campaign Coordinator look like? 

• End-to-end operational execution of CRM campaigns both with central CRM team and in coordination with local teams: from conception, to set-up, launch and followup measurement. 
• Assist CRM Manager with rollout of core CRM strategy.
• Help local marketing teams devise appropriate ad-hoc campaigns for local needs, including segmenting, performance estimation and coordination on templates and content. 
• Assist CRM Analyst by sharing results and insights on CRM performance both centrally and with local teams.
