What you will directly contribute to
- Leading and motivating a growing customer service team (Member Relations Team) based in Warsaw with the aim of achieving a standard of excellence in handling all of member related topics
- Training your staff to ensure a consistently high level of service quality and to create excitement with every BlaBlaCar member
- Being responsible for the staffing plan, hiring, working schedule and vacations requests
- Optimizing existing procedures and developing new ones
- Creating and analyzing quarterly reports and statistics, drawing conclusions, and taking all necessary actions
- Reporting into the Associate Manager based in our Paris headquarters
- Collaborating with the Russia and Ukraine Coordinators in HQ
