One of BlaBlaCar’s key strategic goals is to provide the best service to our members. The Intelligence Team at BlaBlaCar aims to extract insights from data to help the Product Squads deliver the most impactful improvements and innovations.

As an analyst you will work in close collaboration with several Squads, operating as mini-startups within BlaBlaCar. Each Squad is comprised of tier one profiles with strong entrepreneurial mindsets: mobile engineer, front-end engineer, UX designer, product manager and data analyst. 

What you will directly contribute to  

• Building and delivering reports to provide actionable insights to the squads, project stakeholders and managers
• Identifying product feature improvements and measuring their success in collaboration with product managers
• Implementing, improving and refining product KPIs to have an eagle-eye view on product performance, in close collaboration with the Business Intelligence team
• Anticipating, sizing and analysing the impact of product changes on our strategic KPIs
