Description

What you will directly contribute to:

• Drive and give tempo to critical projects while ensuring the team continue working in an autonomous and agile way

• Work with the different engineering managers to organise the overall delivery of cross functional software projects

• Work with the teams to figure ways to remove organisational and technical blockers allowing the project to go forward smoothly

• Advocate for process improvements and better software Program Management methods for the organization
