As Global Stations & travel Experience Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to building a new vertical at BlaBlaCar. We are looking for someone who has the grit and motivation to join the entrepreneurial adventure.
Your mission is to define the standards and procedures of a great service to our customers in terms of ground experience at bus stations as well as onboard travel, across all countries. In this role you are attached to the Head of Global Bus Operations, and you will be in contact with various internal or external stakeholders (local operational teams, local authorities, Network team, Marketing, etc).
As such, the role requires a high reactivity, strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
What you will directly contribute to
Define customer experience in the stops (signage, boarding process, ground staff activity, branding standards…) as well as onboard (driver’s role, quality of service…).
Set-up clear negotiation guidelines with bus stations and roll-out to local teams.
Define and optimise relevant ticketing and operational systems, processes and procedures to support smooth day-to-day operations at all bus stops.
Manage relationship with providers, institutions, local authorities...in support of local teams.
Animate a geographically dispersed team of local Bus operations professionals in charge of stops & stations.
What you will need to be successful
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in mobility/travel sector
High social, communication and negotiations skills
Organized, rigorous, proactive, reliable and conscientious
Full proficiency in MS office
Holder a driver’s licence and willingness to travel
