The team works across 8 countries and leverages a top of the art CRM and tracking stack to:
Engage with our community of members to strenghten members’s brand loyalty
Increase the activity of existing members on the platform
Market new product features to our members
What you will directly contribute to:
Manage a team of talented CRM Managers
Own the BlaBlaCar CRM vision, roadmap, and performances
Conceive, implement and optimize our very first loyalty program
Contribute to the comprehensive marketing strategy globally and per country, in coordination with local marketing teams, brand team and paid channels team
Build, implement and optimize a tailored CRM strategy for countries, working hand in hand with the local marketing teams
Promote the new product features to ensure their adoption by our members
