With more than 70 millions of users all over the world, BlaBlaCar is putting CRM at the core of its Marketing Strategy.As Head of CRM you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to building a totally new transport network combining carpooling and bus. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you will lead cross-team projects with, among other, local marketing teams, paid marketing team, product team and brand team.The Head of CRM will lead the growing CRM team, currently composed of 8 CRM Managers. The team works accross all BlaBlaCar countries and leverages a top of the art CRM and tracking stack to:

  • Engage with our community of members to strengthen member’s brand loyalty

  • Increase the activity of existing members on the platform

  • Market new product features to our members

What you will directly contribute to:

  • Manage a team of talented CRM Managers

  • Own the BlaBlaCar CRM vision, roadmap, and performances

  • Conceive, implement and optimize our very first comprehensive loyalty program

  • Contribute to the comprehensive marketing strategy globally and per country, in coordination with local marketing teams, brand team, product team and paid channels team

  • Build, implement and optimize a tailored CRM strategy for countries, working hand in hand with the local marketing teams

  • Promote the new product features to ensure their adoption by our members


What you will need to be successful

  • Significant professional experience in Marketing, including at least one complete experience in CRM

  • Being able to both lead strategical company projects and to operationally deliver with the team

  • Prior experience in people management and people development is a must

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Be humble, structured, organized, motivated by innovation and a relentless doer

  • Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others

  • Fluent in English
