By joining our legal team you will improve general legal skills.

What you will directly contribute :

• Contract management : support business with contract review, validation, storage, tracking and reporting

• Capitalisation table and ESOP management

  • Shareholder record administration and reporting

• Corporate administration and compliance with the support of external and internal lawyers :

  • Organization of corporate formation/structure documents

  • Drafting and tracking of delegations and powers

  • Preparation of Board of directors’ minutes

  • Preparation of shareholder meetings

  • Preparation and organization of legal audit tasks

• Perform various legal tasks such as preparing and filing application for administrative authorisations

• Work with other departments to ensure consistent standards and best practices on compliance projects are met

• Administer systems, processes and tools to ensure legal services are supported by effective and efficient tools, templates and processes.

• Assist with legal research and ad hoc projects.

• Organize and structure team meetings and events.
