As a Marketing Associate you will play a key role in increasing the awareness and adoption of BlaBlaCar in Germany and position carpooling as a means of transportation for all demographics. This requires creativity in finding new acquisition channels, negotiating with providers, setting-up campaigns, and tracking their performance. You will be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, whose goal is to accelerate BlaBlaCar's growth. Thus, the position requires a sharp, analytical mind, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You should be able to envision and plan future campaigns in advance whilst rolling up your sleeves to ensure that the current ones are as efficient as possible.

What you will directly contribute to

• Defining, setting up, and running online/offline marketing campaigns

• Negotiate deals with new and existing partners

• Collecting, formatting, and analyzing marketing KPIs to measure performance

• Sharing best practices with other marketing teams

• Analyzing, defining, and managing product marketing evolution

• Participating in the development of new projects
