Marketing Manager

Description

BlaBlaCar is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its Spanish team. Awarded with the National Prize for Marketing Innovation in Spain, BlaBlaCar is the European carpooling leader and is growing at an exceptional pace.

As a Marketing Manager you will play a key role in increasing the awareness and adoption of BlaBlaCar. You will take the lead of the Spanish Marketing Team and help define the marketing strategy and budget for BlaBlaCar in Spain. You will be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, whose goal is to accelerate BlaBlaCar's growth. Thus, the position requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. You should be able to envision and plan future campaigns in advance whilst rolling up your sleeves to ensure that the current ones are as efficient as possible.

What you will directly contribute to:

• Managing Marketing budget allocation;

• Defining Marketing Strategy;

• Owning copywriting / messaging;

• Buying and optimizing media for ATL;

• Taking care of Agency Management : Internal (Design & Channel Experts) and External (media buy, local creative agencies);

• Building & maintaining marketing partnerships;

• Managing team of local Channel Marketing Managers (one at the moment).
