Marketing & Operations Manager Germany

BlaBlaCar is looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager for its German team.

As a Marketing & Operations Manager you will play a key role in leading the business growth in the German Market. You will take the lead of the German Team and help define and implement the growth strategy and budget for BlaBlaCar in Germany. You will be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, whose goal is to accelerate BlaBlaCar's growth. Thus, the position requires a sharp, analytical mind, an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to lead and manage teams. You should be able to have full control over the country’s performance whilst rolling up your sleeves to ensure that operations are run as efficiently as possible.

What you will directly contribute to:

• Day-to-day team management (team of 5 people)

• Day-to-day marketplace activity follow-up

• Leading the marketing strategy and budget allocation

• Managing internal and external agencies

• Liaising with central teams and other local teams to monitor business performance and share best practices
