We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our BlaBlaCar team in Berlin.
You will manage our office space in a central Berlin location, whilst providing support for our daily administrative tasks. You will join a dynamic team within an ever-scaling company, especially on the Bus vertical.
What you will directly contribute to:
Managing all of the office organization, including admin, budget and office supplies
Administrative and organizational support for the teams, especially those working on our Bus activity : teams preparing authorizations’ applications for Authorities, teams working with our Bus partners or Bus stations
Support will mainly constitute in archiving and filing official documents, taking care of invoices, billing and payments etc.
Supporting with the logistics of organizing and planning events and interviews
Keep team members happy and make sure they have everything they need
What you will need to be successful?
From 2 to 6 years' relevant work experience
German speaking and good level of English
Excellent team-work attitude and ability to execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner
Attention to details, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvements
Ability to multi-task, and manage a large to-do, while never dropping the ball
Agile and able to navigate efficiently across different teams and tools
Basic accounting knowledge and experience, at ease with figures and quantitative analyses
Experienced use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
IT knowledge is a plus
Self-confident, uses good judgment and able to make sound decisions
Ability to create and maintain a friendly, welcoming and warm atmosphere in the office
