We currently have an opportunity for a talented People Administrator to join us and support the growth of our workforce.

The People Administrator is responsible for the efficient and accurate completion of HR related administrative tasks such as generating and issuing employment contracts, processing leavers, liaising with internal and external contacts regarding payroll and benefits administration.
What you will contribute to
The People Administrator will need to be an established administrator, with excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills, as well as an understanding of Employee Relations, in order to work as effectively as possible within this fast-paced environment.
Manages employee arrivals (administrative follow-up, issuing of employment contracts, Onboarding, appointments with occupational doctor, etc.) in liaison with the Manager;
Manages administrative changes during contract execution (contract renewals, draft of addenda, mobility, etc.);
Assists on employment contract termination (dismissal, “rupture conventionnelle”, “solde tout compte” etc.);
Creates, suggests and/or updates personnel administration processes (onboarding, offboarding, trial period follow-up, mobility and promotion etc.);
Creates and maintains personnel files;
Provides support to the Payroll Manager and assists in ensuring the accurate payroll processing for France and the subsidiaries;
Provides support regarding social declarations and surveys addressed to the People Team;
Provides support to the People Manager with any projects or initiatives as required;
Support employees and managers with daily HR matters.
