As local Offline sales & partnerships manager, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to building a new vertical at BlaBlaCar.Indeed, your mission is at the crossroads of our traditional carpooling activity and our new bus adventure. You are in charge of offline sales for buses, as well as partnerships for both carpooling users, and bus passengers. You will play a key role in increasing the awareness and adoption of BlaBlaCar overall, in Germany.
We are looking for someone who has the grit and motivation to join this entrepreneurial adventure.
What you will directly contribute to:
Offline sales :
Identifying key offline sources of acquisition for bus passengers in Germany
Meeting with prospective distributors
Negotiating contracts and converting leads into new accounts
Conducting regular business reviews with partners
Managing and optimizing global budget allocated to these offline sales’ sources, and activity generated
Investigating diverse partnership opportunities (eg. local tour operators, local turistic companies) aiming at growing passenger or driver activity on BlaBlaCar platform
Building strong relationships with and being the main point of contact of these partners
Analyzing partnerships’ performance and optimizing outcomes by implementing high-value initiatives (product, marketing, etc.)
