Part-Time Member Relations Agent (Ukrainian/Russian)

Description

What you will directly contribute to:

• Moderating member exchanges and content such as profile and vehicle pictures, trips, etc.
• Responding to our users’ questions and requests (we offer a 100% response service)
• Processing complaints and claims in a timely manner 
• Communicating feedback and bugs to the Tech Team
• Reporting into the Ukrain & Russia Coordinator
• Improving the overall member experience

For this position, you will be working both in the office and remotely from home, which is why it requires to be based in Warsaw.
