This ensures our members an enriching and trustworthy experience. The Community Relations Team is answering questions and requests in 30 different languages, everyday and 7 days a week.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager dedicated to this team and directly reporting and working with our Head of Community Relations.

What you will directly contribute to

• Building a long-term strategy for customer experience and operations for all markets

• Identifying and analyzing existing processes and tools and recommending strategies and tactics to ensure that we provide the best possible customer service for our users;

• Sourcing, implementing and monitoring new outsourcing partnerships;

• Designing reportings and providing actionable insights and reports to support the strategic decision-making;

• Contributing to the successful integration of a new community relations team focused on bus activity;

• Building a strong understanding of our community relations dynamics and its evolution over time.
