This ensures our members an enriching and trustworthy experience. The Community Relations Team is answering questions and requests in 30 different languages, everyday and 7 days a week.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager dedicated to this team and directly reporting and working with our Head of Community Relations.
What you will directly contribute to
Building a long-term strategy for customer experience and operations for all markets
Identifying and analyzing existing processes and tools and recommending strategies and tactics to ensure that we provide the best possible customer service for our users;
Sourcing, implementing and monitoring new outsourcing partnerships;
Designing reportings and providing actionable insights and reports to support the strategic decision-making;
Contributing to the successful integration of a new community relations team focused on bus activity;
Building a strong understanding of our community relations dynamics and its evolution over time.
