Job Description

Our Customer Experience (CX) team members come from all kinds of countries and backgrounds, yet they have one common attitude: whether it’s about a user problem, an interface bug or a way of working, they’re always asking themselves how they could make things better.

We see research as an essential element in the product development process, from ideation to design evaluation and product release quality and today, we are opening a new position for a UX Researcher, to work closely with a Senior UX Researcher.


What you will directly contribute to:

  • Planning, coordinating, and conducting research projects such as usability tests, user interviews, etc.

  • Managing a network of internal and external partners across key markets (Russia, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Poland…) to deliver usability tests on a wide range of products

  • Collaborating with the product team to infuse a research-driven customer-centric mindset by piloting top priority research initiatives for Designers, Product Managers and Engineers, in a fast-paced environment

  • Identifying and delivering appropriate research and design targets that best align with project needs, including creative methods and recruitment strategies where required 

  • Exploring a range of user research methodologies including interviews, in-lab usability testing, moderate and unmoderated prototype testing

  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations

What you will need to be successful:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on user research activities

  • Master degree in human sciences: psychology, ethnography, cognitive science…

  • Experience with a wide range of Qualitative & Quantitative research methods, including usability tests

  • Track record of delivering usability testing including writing scripts, moderating, interpreting findings and briefing design team

  • Strong organizational and project management skills as well as experience leading multiple projects simultaneously

  • Team-player mindset, comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team

  • Humility, structure, passion, sense of humor, and action-oriented attitude

  • Fluency in English
