The Community Relations Team at BlaBlaCar aims at providing assistance to this community, by listening to users, guiding them and satisfying them. This ensures our members an enriching and trustworthy experience. The Community Relations Team is answering questions and requests in 30 different languages, everyday and 7 days a week.

Your role will be key to help the French Community Relations team guide members during the BlaBlaCar high season.

What you will directly contribute to:

  • Moderating member profiles and their content

  • Answering well and fast to member messages via email and Social Media channels

  • Providing users with guidance and support through various channels (tickets, chat & phone) at high quality level (we offer a 100% response service)

  • Gathering members' feedback and communicating it to the Tech Team

  • Improving the overall member experience

 

Working hours will be both at the office during the week and covering some evening and weekend hours working from home.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful

  • Be fluent in written and spoken French, easy communication in English

  • Ability to handle high volumes efficiently

  • Agree to work some evenings and weekend hours

  • Experience in customer service an asset

  • Experience with BlaBlaCar or carpooling a plus

Additional Information

A few practical details about the role

  • Start beginning of April

  • In our Paris office and remote hours from home evenings and weekends

  • 3 to 6 months contract (non-renewable fixed term contract)

  • 25 to 35 hours a week; set weekly schedule to be discussed

  • 12€/ hour
