BlaBlaCar is looking for a SEO manager based in Paris who would oversee all our domains across the world. As such, you will manage our SEO activities in several countries dealing with diverse Search Engines like Google, Yandex or Bing. The role is extremely critical given importance of SEO traffic for BlaBlaCar. It also includes our App Store Optimization needs

You will be joining BlaBlaCar at a very exciting SEO period, as our product is constantly evolving and so is our competitive environment.

To turn these changes into opportunities, we’re looking for an expert with strong business sense, project management skills and entrepreneurial spirit. While being embedded in the Tech team, you will have multiple stakeholders from Product, Content, Design, and Marketing teams as well as our different local teams abroad (France, Spain, Germany, Russia etc.)

What you will directly contribute to:

• Owning the SEO expertise in-house and being identified as such across teams

• Reactively and proactively making recommendation on our Product decisions so they maximize SEO impact

• Preparing for Mobile First Indexation

• Defining an offensive SEO strategy and roadmap, especially on travel-related searches

• Executing this strategy and roadmap, with support of different teams

• Collecting, formatting and analysing SEO KPIs to measure performance

• Re-defining the SEO role at BlaBlaCar and extending the team if impact proven

• Fostering a SEO culture across the company

• Building strong SEO position in new countries and new businesses where BlaBlaCar is deploying (beyond carpooling)
