Job Description

Are you able to represent Agile thought leadership to enable our value streams to reach the next Agile maturity level? We are looking for an Agile Lead with a passion for coaching and supporting teams to help them deliver the best work they can.

Your tasks:

• Assess our current organization and delivery environment and recommend tailored optimal Agile practices
• Build and lead a team of Scrum Masters/Agile Coaches
• Advise teams in the selection of suitable agile methods
• Provides coaching and training to Scrum Masters in Agile practices to establish an environment where all teams can successfully implement their committed OKR’s
• Use metrics to monitor/enhance teams performance and agile maturity level
• Create, participate and contribute actively to continuously evolve agile processes aligned to our business strategy

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• You have a strong background in coaching/developing people and teams, and behavioral change towards improvement
• Minimum of 4+ years of delivery lead experience with hands-on experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management)
• Experience in creating and executing trainings, influencing organizational change
• Deep understanding and hands on experience with scaling Agile practices, preferred Scaled Agile Framework experience
• Experience using any agile development management tools
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in English, German is a big plus
