Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Go To Market Manager (GTM) with focus on our German market, who will define our go-to-market strategy for our German products (KaufDa and MeinProspekt).
As our GTM, you serve as a key member of our Sales team and will support our CRO to drive revenue growth. You will be the main connection between our existing and potential customers and our product team as you will represent our product team in sales clients meeting. You will be the go to person for both our sales and product teams in terms of product development and market trends, client’s needs and the future of Retail marketing.
Further tasks:
- Structure and quality check communication in Markets to derive clear learnings/requirements from market execution
- Participate in internal sales meetings, go to client meetings, conduct market research and create a competitor analysis
- Derive main market requirements from clients, the sales team and competitors to feed into our Product Development Roadmap (together with our Product Leads)
- Support prioritization of market requirements and build supporting business cases to assist our C-level in making main investment decisions
- Support all Product Development Projects as "Stakeholder representative" of the markets
- Support packaging and communication of all new products/developments to ensure successful "go to market" activities by the market teams
Qualifications
What we expect:
- A Business degree Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or something similar
- 3-6 years of experience in the field of Management Consulting, and/or Strategy Consultancy
- A Solid understanding of economic, financial and general business and technical concepts and terminologies
- Strong interest in Consumer Internet/Mobile
- Knowledge of digital and marketing as a critical growth and profitability driver and/or experience with digital and analytics transformations or capability-building programs
- Ability to communicate, align and coordinate with different stakeholders on every level of the company (from operational to C-level)
- Proven ability of structured communication (written and speaking) both in German as well as in English
- Work experience in a startup, market research or investment analysis environment is a plus
- Working with Excel, Powerpoint, basic statistics and business case modelling is not a problem for you
