As a Product Owner for our On-Platform Monetization products, you will be responsible for the monetization of our audience on the kaufDA, MeinProspekt and Bonial (France) platforms. Your responsibility will be shared with at least 2 other Product Owners and you will be managed by an experienced Product lead ([****] reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
Own the entire product life cycle of specific products, from opportunity assessment to packaging, training documentation for sellers and product catalog update;
Develop a product vision for your products through collaboration with the rest of the product team and main stakeholders (Sales Team, Go-To-Market Managers and Sales Analysts);
Prioritize the development of POCs, minimum sellable products, product iterations or product retirement in agreement with the Product Strategy Board (composed of the CPO, CTO and Senior VP Operations);
Provide vision, context and direction of prioritized product iterations to the product managers responsible for the development or to the development team and negotiate specifications to maximize market readiness;
Monitor and share regularly key results related to your area and to specific product iterations that have been developed;
Communicate the delivery status of product iterations very closely to the main stakeholders and the general status regularly to the entire company;
Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products and develop a broad market understanding while collaborating with Go-To-Market Managers;
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
3+ years of experience in product management, experience in B2B product is a big plus;
A good understanding of the retail market, or at least a real interested in discovering it;
A passion for quantitative and qualitative data to support your decisions and to foster consensus;
The ability to craft clear, concise product requirements, specifications and documentation;
A flexible and hands-on mindset letting you react to changing business needs;
Very good communication skills and a good sense of empathy to consider stakeholders with diverging points of view;
The ability to communicate in English;
Proficiency in another language, either French or German, both being a plus.
