You handle the recruitment activities for the IT and Product department here at Bonial.com in our headquarter in Berlin. Your work scope includes managing the entire recruitment process from the initial briefing with the manager until the offer stage, being the contact person for candidates and managers throughout all stages and taking care of projects in the area employer branding and culture.

Furthermore you…

  • choose the right channels to get relevant profiles.
  • conduct direct searches to approach the right candidates, through LinkedIn and Xing as well as through off-the-beaten-track sources.
  • work alongside and consult Hiring Managers from other departments to achieve the best results in finding and placing the right candidate.
  • optimize existing processes and implement your ideas into the daily work of the team.

Qualifications

You are hungry for recruiting and you want to bring best talents on board!

You have a broad experience in tech-recruiting and a good understanding of the staffing needs in IT and Product Management. Besides that you know how an advanced recruitment process looks like and how to assure its realization.

Furthermore you are...

  • familiar with the latest search technologies and trends (e.g. Boolean searches) on all relevant platforms and are willing to introduce new recruiting strategies to the company.
  • a strong communicator with experience in expectation management, both towards candidates and hiring managers.
  • a social person who can balance fun and professionalism.
  • fluent in spoken and written English - another language would be a plus
