Technical Project Manager

Description

Your job will be to manage software projects, their teams and the external stakeholders.

You will work in our Milan office with a vibrant team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Who you are

- You are a project manager, who worked as a software developer in the past, and then started managing the delivery of software projects.

- You have prior experience in managing the delivery of software projects in large companies (>1000 employees), either as an employee or an external consultant

- You will collaborate closely with our team of designers and software engineers, to ensure projects will be delivered to our clients on time and within the expected budget.

- You will be the main point of contact for the client’s stakeholders

- You have experience with different project management techniques and you’re capable to apply and adapt them to serve the specific needs of each project.

- You are proactive and autonomous and don’t like to be micro-managed. You love exploring new things, and you are able to evaluate the pros and cons of what you have learned.

- You are curious and have a lot of interests (that you want to share with us!), and you enjoy sharing your knowledge and experiences with your co-workers.

- You speak Italian fluently and English proficiently.
