UI/UX Designer

Your job will be to help us transform ideas into products that users can learn without reading a manual. Are you up to the task?

You will work in our Milan office with a vibrant team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design of multiple projects, working in close collaboration with the development team
• Participate in the whole design process, from the discovery and requirements gathering phase, to the execution and delivery phase
• Collaborate in the requirements gathering phase by participating in various workshops and activities with the customer, such as Event Storming and User Story Mapping
• Produce a visual representation of the outcomes of the discovery phase, using tools such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and presentations
• Prepare and execute usability tests
• Deliver an implementation-ready UI by following a review-based process together with the team
• Help to define and evolve the company’s design process guidelines in collaboration with the team

Key skills:

• Experience with interviews to perform discovery and requirements gathering
• Experience in creating and maintaining a Design System
• Autonomy in organizing your own work, while working on multiple projects
• Familiarity with UI design tools: Sketch, InVision, Abstract, Moqups, and Balsamiq
• Familiarity with mobile and web applications
• Ability to collaborate closely with a team
• Native or fluent Italian
• Proficient English
