Casper is seeking a talented Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to join the Acquisition Marketing team. In this role, you will partner with an agency and be focused on expanding Casper’s North America customer base through managing the strategy and execution of our extensive affiliate program, as well as the creation of thoughtful and strategic partnership agreements. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented contributor with a passion for data-driven decision-making and experience in paid media, data analysis, and optimization, as well as excellent project management and relationship sourcing, building and negotiation skills. They also have an understanding of how affiliates and partnerships fit into the overall media mix and corporate strategy, and the hard and soft factors that go into expanding and enhancing relationships. This position presents a great opportunity to further scale our fastest growing marketing channel into a best-in-class program at a fast paced, rapidly growing company.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do 
  • Develop and own Affiliate & Partnership strategy for the US & Canada, as well as managing execution to drive efficient customer acquisition for Casper
  • Hold accountability for multi-million dollar advertising channels that play an integral role in a best-in-class acquisition program
  • Oversee and properly leverage affiliate agency while holding them accountable for goals and ongoing program management
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and test partners to drive efficient new customer acquisition 
  • Continuously optimize partnerships to drive maximum ROI and scale, ensuring best practices are met
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with key partners; building excitement for Casper’s brand and products in order to drive differentiation and sales
  • Develop and execute unique offer/promotion strategies to maximize the value of this channel
  • Collaborate with other channel managers on the Acquisition team to optimize the holistic impact of media investments and execute integrated campaigns, such as product launches and promotions.
  • Inspire support from internal stakeholders providing cross-functional resourcing and support
  • Partner with Analytics team on sophisticated measurement approaches to ensure strong incremental value from investments
  • Plan and prioritize the long-term, full-funnel vision for channels with clear articulation of milestones.
  • Follow and optimize robust tracking and reporting processes, highlighting learnings and opportunities.
  • Forecast budgets based on seasonal/promotional trends and manage pacing in tandem with performance, reconciling and communicating any discrepancies as needed. 
  • Manage accrual and payment processes for a broad set of partners.
  • Monitor Industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscape, ensuring Casper is at the forefront of this space
Our dream candidate is...
  • 4+ years marketing experience managing multi-million dollar partnership or similar sales programs with a proven track record of driving ROI
  • Expertise in Affiliate marketing, partnership development and related platforms
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills with an attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  • Advanced knowledge of excel, digital marketing KPI’s, third party analytics platforms, and attribution methodologies
  • Understanding of how Affiliates & Partnerships work with other marketing channels to grow the overall business
  • A proven track record of  building, negotiating, owning, and optimizing vendor and partner relationships end-to-end
  • Experience with Impact Radius and Doubleclick Campaign Manager a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Start-up and eCommerce experience a plus
  • Understanding of SEM a plus
