Casper is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join the European Marketing team. In this role, you will be focused on expanding Casper’s customer base across Europe through the execution and optimization of offline & digital marketing campaigns and channels. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented contributor with a passion for data-driven decision-making, ideally with some experience in paid media, data analysis, and optimizations. This position presents a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different marketing channels from day one and support the team to further scale our campaigns into a best-in-class acquisition program at a fast-growing company.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do
  • Day-to-day campaign management across different marketing channels
  • Work actively in different platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc), while also helping to test new products and platforms to expand reach and increase efficiencies
  • Manage budget pacing in tandem with campaign performance, adapting decisions and making optimizations as needed
  • Support the team with reporting and collaborate with team members to optimize the holistic impact of media investments 
  • Support to develop and execute media plans for targeted brand initiatives, such as product launches, partnerships, and promotions
  • Partner with Analytics on measurement and investment approaches
  • Monitor Industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscape, and proactively work to keep the team on the bleeding edge of digital marketing sophistication
Our dream candidate...
  • Holds a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related subject
  • Has 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role, focused on performance advertising
  • Is familiar with best practices as it relates to campaign set-up, structure, creative and optimization
  • Understands KPIs that are used to measure campaign success
  • Has outstanding analytical, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Is passionate for keeping up to date with the latest advertising trends, competitive tools, and search marketing products
  • Is experienced with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads 360, Google Search Console or Awin is a plus
  • Start-up and eCommerce experience a plus
