Casper is looking an analytical, detail oriented Retail Logistics Manager to support replenishment in Casper's growing retail fleet. Reporting to the Director of Logistics, the Retail Logistics Manager will work closely with internal and external partners and manage a coordinator.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do
  • Serve as the main point of contact on retail store replenishments for internal stakeholders and external logistics partners
  • Train and manage retail logistics coordinator team, ensuring all orders are shipped accurately within SLA
  • Responsible for Casper systems onboarding setup and testing sign off
  • Optimizing supply chain to support growth of retail locations
  • Collaborate with cross functional team on developing the long term process and systems flow for retail store replenishment and fulfillment
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis including root cause and recommended corrective action.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for system enhancements or process improvements, and be an agent for positive change.
Our dream candidate is...
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in supply chain management, or equivalent business experience required
  • 3+ years experience in wholesale distribution or retail supply chain environment
  • Strong systems skills, including experience with integrated software applications (WMS, OMS)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet department and company targets
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs of the business
  • A solid understanding of inventory related best practices
  • Communication and relationship management with vendors, carriers, as well as cross-functionally within Casper
  • Precise execution of multiple time-sensitive tasks
  • Familiarity and point person for knowledge on Fulfillment/Logistics-related vendor portals, terminology
  • Proficiency with business data analysis using Excel and similar spreadsheet tools - managing, analyzing, and modifying data sets of varying sizes.
