Overview


We're on the hunt for a creative Community Manager (m/f) to bring our brand voice to life in DACH. This one-person machine will draft witty banter, foster meaningful relationships, and grow our international social media presence. In addition to supporting the brand marketing efforts, he or she will manage the DACH social channels and blog, create and repurpose content as needed, and help scale our community of Casper fans worldwide. 



Responsibilities:


  • Create and execute social media engagement campaigns
  • Strategize and ideate programs to support DACH marketing efforts
  • Manage the DACH social media calendar 
  • Plan, draft, and report on daily and weekly content 
  • Create new content specific to DACH and repurpose relevant content from the US
  • Respond to all social comments and messages from customers 
  • Report on the performance to larger marketing team

 Requirements


  • 3 + years experience in social media or marketing
  • Completely fluent in German and English 
  • Superb copywriting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating social assets
  • A ‘no task is too small’ attitude
  • Excellent creative chops
