Looking for a job to get you out of bed?Casper is seeking a specialist to join the Acquisition Marketing team. The ACQ team is a fast-moving and performance-driven squad of marketers; we manage Casper's paid media budget and are tasked with acquiring new customers through efficient channels and tactics. We work closely with the Creative, Communications and Data teams to marry Casper's values of a strong brand identity with analytical direct-response marketing. We are constantly testing new things as we look for ways to grow the Casper business.
The specialist will specifically support our SEO, content marketing and paid partnerships channels. This person should be fiercely interested in performance marketing, a fast learner, good question-asker, creative thinker and smart time-manager.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do
- Manage our SEO agency and own SEO strategy to drive keyword ranking improvement and increased organic search volume
- Ideate, develop and optimize marketing content for SEO and paid channels
- Partner with content team to drive and optimize brand owned evergreen content strategy, based on SEO insights
- Partner with the digital product team to prioritize SEO technical updates and develop website modules specifically for editorial content
- Source, evaluate and launch new high value media partnerships such as widely read content/shopping sites, mobile apps and corporate programs to grow the partnerships channel
- Manage and optimize core, evergreen partnerships (i.e. creative refreshes, renegotiations, content refreshes and delivery reporting)
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to measure conversion and creative performance, managing workflow for continuous testing and learning
- Assist with spend tracking and performance reporting across all channels and tactics
- Support Sr Manager of Partnerships in launching affiliates and landing page efforts, as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Creative, Product, Tech) to launch content optimize partners
- 2-3 years SEO and content marketing experience, digital media or e-commerce experience a plus
- Proficient in excel and data analysis
- Hyper-organized and comfortable multi-tasking, and ability to deliver on aggressive timelines
- A quantitative intuition coupled with a creative, critical eye
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
