When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do
- Triage and provide level II support for corporate and retail IT support requests.
- Setup and configuration of new hardware (computers, printers, AV equipment) and software.
- Support and maintain our core IT services (G Suite, Meraki, Slack, Box, JAMF, AirWatch, JIRA).
- Create and revise IT operations playbooks and end-user documentation.
- Assist in carrying out small and large scale IT projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred
- 3+ years experience as an IT professional supporting Windows, Mac and Linux platforms.
- Certified in ITSM, A+, Network+, ACMT.
- Highly collaborative; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Cohesive team player able to interface with others throughout the ticket lifecycle.
- Self starter; ability to prioritize and follow through on all tasks.
- Precise attention to time keeping and documentation.
